I really enjoyed this! I found it very suspenseful and actually quite scary in places! I love that John got the bends. I've heard of it, obviously, and understood why it happened but I didn't know what effect it had on a person, so this was fantastic and quite original to read! Poor John! Yeah, I'm not sure how sincere I am when I say that, because I just enjoyed the H/C so much! I did find John's situation quite scary though because I am actually not fond of the thought of being stuck under water! So, for me,I found my own fears realised here. Wonderful job. Thanks so much for sharing!:)
