Life and work has been pretty hectic and channeling all that crazy energy into writing is a great release for me.

H50:

I've really been pulled in to "Hawaii Five-O". It's my happy, shiny place and my muse has really been jazzed to have a new playground to run around in. One I plan to have fun in for a while!

I'm really pleased how "Trust People and They Will Be True to You" turned out. I wrote it for help_japan and as soon as I got my prompt, it literally flowed inside my head :D

I have another idea brewing in my head and while "Trust People" was an action/hc tour-de-force, my next idea is a much deeper, gritty emotional story. One I'll be pondering this week.

SGA:

I've started playing with my second help_japan prompt which has me digging in the SGA J/T sandbox again. I'm definitely studying a different side of Sheppard, kind a mature character study involving family.

I have my prompt for the sheppard_hc exchange and I can't wait to research it. *Rubs hands* Oh, how I love research :-P

With it being due August 1st, it gives me time to really let things peculate.


And in between everything I promised my partner in crime everybetty a B-day fic. A tourist stop in the "Supernatural" realm, which I'm excited to write for her!


Let's hope the "Hawaii Five-O" finale doesn't throw me for a loop and force everything to the side for some crazy post eppy shenanigans!
